To the authors
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The article is the original research of the author, does not contain plagiarism, including hidden using various techniques.

This article was not previously published, nor was it submitted for consideration and publication in another journal (or explained in the Commentary for the editor).

References to borrowings from previously published works of the author (co-authors) have been added to the article list of references.

If the article is part of the author’s dissertation research, this must be indicated in the article and in the abstract.

The article is checked for plagiarism, all quotes have links. The originality of the article is more than 70-80%.

The text of the article contains LINKS to tables, figures, graphs. For all tables, figures and photos, the source is indicated (if the table or figure is borrowed) or “Compiled (developed) by the author” is indicated.

Full Internet addresses (URLS) for links are provided and verified where possible.
Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
- Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
