- Content analysis of the article
- Checking an article for borrowing (“Antiplagiat” system)

- Refinement of the article according to the recommendations of the reviewers
- Re-reviewing
- The article is accepted for publication
- Editing
- Layout

- Agreements with the authors of the signal version
- Publication

The editorial board reviews previously unpublished original materials in the form of original, problem and discussion articles.

The author must accompany the submitted materials with a completed AUTHOR'S QUESTIONNAIRE and information about the subject of the article.

A manuscript received by the editorial board undergoes a mandatory double-blind review (the reviewer does not know the authors of the manuscript, the authors of the manuscript do not know the reviewers) and in 2-6 weeks time they decide on the possibility of its publication. Before publication the editors send the authors a layout of the signal version of the issue for approval and, if necessary, make edits.

 The journal is published on the authors’ fee.

Authors who are studying in postgraduate schools at state universities and who have the right, in order of priority, to publish the materials of their scientific research free of charge, must submit a certificate from the postgraduate school of the university in the prescribed form. A certificate of postgraduate education, certified in accordance with the approved forms, the seal of the university, is sent by simple letter to the postal address of the editorial board. A scanned copy of the certificate is attached to the email as separate files with the extension *.jpg or *.pdf. A postgraduate student’s article may be published free of charge provided that he is the only author of a scientific text. Articles where a postgraduate student acts as a co-author are not accepted for free publication.

 The text of the article

The structuring of the text may depend on the direction of the study (empirical or theoretical). In presenting empirical research, it is advisable to adhere to the IMRAD format (Article structure). Theoretical research can carry the author’s logic of presentation, in accordance with the order of presentation of the argumentation. A structured article allows readers to reduce the time spent on viewing the article, highlight the main results and determine their interest in it.

The structure of the article

• Introduction;

• Literature Review;

• Materials and Methods;

• Results and Discussion;

• Conclusion.

For details see template

The journal adopted the Vancouver style of citation (in the text of the article, references to sources are given after the quotation in square brackets in Arabic numerals indicating the ordinal number of the citation source and the page, for example: [1, p. 25] and the full bibliographic description of the source in the list of references in the order of mention in the text of the article).

Documents (archives, GOSTs, orders, regulations, ordinances, federal laws) should be indicated with footnotes in the text, and not in the references.

If you refer to an article from a newspaper, text from a website or blog, then information about the source should be placed in a footnote.
Links to articles accepted for publication, but not yet published, should be marked with the words “in print”; authors must obtain written permission to refer to such documents and to confirm that they are accepted for publication. Information from unpublished sources must be marked with the words “unpublished data / documents”, authors must also obtain written confirmation of the use of such materials.
• Tables and illustrations
• Headings, explanations for tables and figures are drawn up in two languages – in Russian and English, they must be referred to in the text of the article, and also given a source from which figures and tables were taken.

• Illustrations should be clear, contrasting, designed for black and white printing without halftones. In electronic form, illustrations are provided as embedded objects (in this case, illustrations can be either created by means of Microsoft Office, or represented as graphic objects), as well as separate files with the .TIFF and .JPG extension with a resolution of 300 dpi. In the latter case, the file name must contain the illustration number and its title.

 Bibliographic references in Russian (Vancouver Style)

Articles without references to the sources and literature used are not accepted.

Information about cited sources is given in accordance with GOST P 7.0.7-2020 “System of Standards on Information, Librarianship and Publishing. Bibliography Link. General Requirements”.

In the original articles preferably at least 15 sources, in the review – up to 50.

It is advisable to cite contemporary sources published within the last 5-7 years.

Self-citations in the list of references should not exceed 10%.

Links to foreign sources – at least 30%.

In the bibliographic description of each source should be presented all authors. If the publication has more than 4 authors, then after the 4th author it is necessary to put the abbreviation "etc." or "et al." It is not allowed to shorten the title of the article.

The title of the journal and the title of monographs and collections are in italics, after the initials are given periods. There is no comma between the author’s surname and initials.

Documents (orders, GOSTs, archives, Regulations, ordinances, federal laws) should be indicated with footnotes in the text, and not in the references.

Links to unpublished works are not allowed.

If an article has a DOI, be sure to specify its number or Internet access address.

 References in English and transliteration of the article title

The structure of the list of references in English differs from that prescribed by Russian GOST. When making a list of references in English, you should adhere to the Vancouver bibliographic style.

The title of the article in the references should be transliterated (written in Latin letters) and duplicated into English in square brackets [***]. For transliteration, you can use https://translit.ru/.

It should be noted that the title of the article and journal should not be separated by “//” and “-”, and descriptions of the release date, volume, journal number and pages on which the article is published are separated by a period.

The structure of the bibliographic reference for Russian-language journal articles is as follows:

• authors (transliteration);

• title of the article in the transliterated version;

• translation of the title of the article into English in square brackets [***];

• source name (transliterated if there is no original title in English)

• output data with notation in English, or only digital;

• original language, you must specify the language in which the full text of the manuscript is written. In the case when the author publishes an article in two languages, it is necessary to indicate double indexation by language (for example, [ru; en]; (in Russian); (in English) (in Italy) (in Arabic) etc.

The titles of journals and conferences are in italics.
